Craig Ciali

Craig Ciali is the co-founder of Motus Studio, a Nashville-based creative shop built on the idea that content should move people and move the needle. At Motus, he partners with brands and organizations to craft campaigns, commercials, and storytelling that are bold, smart, and strategically built for growth.

Before launching Motus, Craig built a career in advertising and sports media—directing, producing, and writing for everything from community health initiatives to high-profile partnerships with Bridgestone, HCA and Tractor Supply Company. That mix of grassroots messaging and big-stage storytelling gave him a knack for creating work that connects across audiences.

What sets Craig apart is how he blends creativity with practicality. He’s as focused on the strategy behind the work as the execution—shaping ideas that not only look great but deliver real results. Whether it’s a statewide public health campaign or a podcast launch, he knows how to make creative work work harder.

At the core, Craig brings humor, curiosity, and a people-first perspective to every project.

Mark is honored to serve as a strategic advisor for Motus Studio, providing guidance, results-focused growth, and agency and operational support to Motus Studio.

Mark brings real-world agency-founder chops and operator instincts to Motus. He’s the co-founder and CEO of Snapshot Interactive, where he’s spent years building a tight team that blends video production, web, and digital strategy — exactly the kind of cross-discipline experience that helps a small studio punch above its weight.

With over 20 years in marketing and business development, he brings a unique blend of strategic insight, team alignment, and client partnership-building, empowering both his team and clients to achieve measurable success.
